Mindful Compassion Meditation
The benefits of mindful mediation are well documented from being calmer & less reactive to stress to lowering blood pressure, improving anxiety & even being ‘happier’. Within this treatment our highly skilled & experienced Mindful Compassion Mediation teachers will guide you through a meditation with a complimentary C.D of a mediation for you to take away to continue to practice.
During the mediation you may choose to lay on a couch, sit in a chair or on a meditation cushion.
