Having spent many years working in health care when we began training as Macmillan Mindful Compassion Meditation Teachers little did we realise that that moment would change our lives.
As we grew through our mindful compassion training it became more and more apparent that mind, body & Spirit are not separate entities but one and 'dis' 'ease' in one of these aspects impacts on all.
